Your vibration is a way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies.
Most of us know the benefits of a high vibration, but some days, no matter how hard you try, you may feel in a bad mood.It happens to all of us no matter how enlightened, but the more awareness you can bring to this state, the easier it will be to navigate through it.
Feeling down is natural and normal. Allow yourself to go there, allow yourself to sit in that state for as long as you need to. Get to know what your body, mind and heart is telling you.
Today, I’m going to share with you 6 ways to raise your vibration in just 6 hours!
Before I start, in order to raise your vibration you need to know yourself, so here’s a link to a free numerology reading to find your life path, soul urge, and destiny numbers! CLICK HERE
Tip #1. Smile
Smiling will instantly raise your vibration. Not only that, it will also raise the vibration of those around you. So just smile, remember life is a gift, and be thankful for every moment!
Tip #2. Move your body
“Move my body?” Yes move your body. Dance, get active, exercise, anything that gets you moving! Laying around all day will lower your vibration so start moving.
Tip #3. Have faith
Doesn’t matter what you believe in just have faith. Things may be hard right now, but your current circumstances are not an indicator of what your future holds. Have faith that everything will work out in your favor and eventually they will.
Tip #4. Do what you love
Play your favorite game, listen to some music, watch your favorite movie, whatever you love doing go do it. This will put you in a better mood as well as raise your vibration.
Tip #5. Do Something For Someone Else
Sometimes the best way to feel better about yourself is to help someone else feel better about themselves. It doesn’t have to be big, even something as small as holding a door open for someone or sending a loving text message to a friend can go a long way to helping lift your spirits.
Tip #6. Meditate
According to countless studies, including one conducted by a Harvard Med School team led by Sara Lazar, PhD, the practice of meditation permanently strengthens the most evolved portion of the human brain – the frontal lobe – which is linked to increased abstract thought, cognitive reasoning, creativity and positivity. I recommend that you meditate for at least 10-15 min a day.
